Revenue Leak Review:
your three biggest leaks, in 10 days.

With Dean Reid, Fractional CMO (Revenue Architect) · Optivus

Most $15M to $60M B2B companies are not short of marketing activity. They are short of a clear answer to one question: where is the money leaking between spend and closed revenue? In 10 business days I find your three biggest leaks, put a dollar figure on each, and hand you a 30-day plan to fix them.

What you get

How the 10 days run

  1. Before day 1: the free audit and three data pullsYou complete the 6-minute Revenue Engine Audit and send a CRM pipeline export, 12 months of marketing spend by channel, and your last 10 won and 10 lost deals.
  2. Days 1 to 2: working session90 minutes with you and your sales lead. How deals really get won, where they stall, and what the team believes is broken.
  3. Days 3 to 7: analysis and market callsI work through the data and run five short calls with customers and lost prospects.
  4. Days 8 to 9: the memoThree leaks, a dollar estimate for each, and the 30-day plan.

Who it is for

A strong fit

  • B2B companies between $15M and $60M in revenue
  • A sales team, and at least a year of data in a CRM
  • Growth has stalled, or a new target has arrived with no plan behind it
  • You are about to hire a marketing leader or change agencies

Not a fit

  • Under $10M in revenue with no sales team yet
  • You want someone to run campaigns, ads or social
  • No one senior can give it four hours over two weeks

Three founding-client places for Q1 2027

Optivus takes on one to three clients at a time. For the first three companies that move from the Review into a 90-day Strategy Sprint, the Sprint is $18,000 instead of $24,000. In return you agree to:

Ask about founding-client terms on your fit call.

What happens after the Review

You can fix the leaks with your own team using the 30-day plan. If you want help running the fix, the next step is a 90-day Strategy Sprint at $8,000 a month: your ideal customer, positioning and channel plan in writing within 30 to 45 days, then 60 days running it with your team. After that, a Revenue Architect retainer of $6,000 to $12,000 a month with a 6-month minimum, if it is working. Your $3,500 comes off the first Sprint invoice.

Why me

I have spent 25 years leading marketing at TELUS, Bell Canada, SMART Technologies, Veriforce, Userful and TEC Canada. At TELUS a structured go-to-market program built a $989M pipeline. At Veriforce, qualified pipeline grew from 30 to 803 MQLs a month. At SMART, revenue grew from $120M to $700M. The Review uses the same diagnostic discipline, applied to your numbers.

Questions

Yes. If you sign a 90-day Strategy Sprint within 30 days of the readout, the full $3,500 comes off the first Sprint invoice. If you do not continue, you keep the memo and the 30-day plan. They are written so your own team can act on them.

About four hours of your time across two weeks: a 90-minute working session with you and your sales lead, the readout, and a few emails. Plus three data sets: a pipeline export from your CRM, the last 12 months of marketing spend by channel, and your last 10 won and 10 lost deals. Rough is fine. Missing data is itself a finding.

Yes. I sign your NDA, or you can use mine, before any data changes hands. Nothing about your company is ever published without your written permission.

Please invite them. The memo is written to stand up in a board meeting, with each leak tied to a dollar estimate and an owner.

Sometimes. Between $10M and $15M it often is, if you have a sales team and at least a year of CRM data. Under $10M, start with the free Revenue Engine Audit and the essays. Book a call and I will tell you honestly.

The audit runs on your estimates and takes six minutes. The Review runs on your actual pipeline, spend and deal data, includes customer and lost-prospect calls, and puts a dollar figure on each leak. The audit tells you where to look. The Review tells you what it is costing you and what to do first.
